The transition was a gradual one and they loved it. The first box was beef. The 2nd box I chose a different flavour to mix it up, I chose the combination box. They had their first patty last night and one of them vomited the partially digested food and both of them have had explosive diarrhoea overnight and this continues today. Should I consider salmonella?
