The cat ones are softer than the dog ones as well. Both have coconut oil though so both work for me. But since I feed a lot of complete foods the cat one would be better in the long term.

As to how much the dogs like it, definitely they are not keen on the beef and hoki. They love this flavour from Absolute Holistic, but not the one from Meow. It gets eaten but it usually sits around for a week beforehand.

It’s mainly Basil who eats it and I’ve only seen Andzia eat maybe 5 pieces total in this whole time. So she really doesn’t seem to like it.

I decided against getting 2 other flavours due to the fat content and the fact I feed it dry. So the other one is beef, I’ve tried lamb before in K9 Natural. So it was high time to try beef.

I did also get lamb and salmon in K9, I’m not sure how that’ll go down. They loved the just lamb one though. Urban sent me some lamb and salmon air dried samples and they didn’t love them, so yeah that’s why I’m unsure how the freeze dried version will go down.

But these are all test foods, to see what they like and what they don’t. Expensive test foods, but you have to try them somehow.
