Some chook necks or meaty bones around lunchtime and dinner is roo, beef steak, turkey, pork (around 70%), chook hearts and gizzards, liver (if I have it), veg (usually) baby spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, pumpkin, zucchini (finely chopped or grated), a bit of turmeric and a dash of pepper, coco oil. I low slow cook for a few hours…. They get about 280g of this plus kibble for dinner.
