I dislike this this review.
Herewith I state Missy Gilly’s case.
She is a BC cross 16 years of age, almost completely blind, frail, very thin, and she’s become so picky that I often can’t always get her to touch grilled baramundi, grilled salmon cutlets, grated cheese, minced beef, kangaroo, chicken, boiled /scrambled eggs, tinned tuna, sardines, herrings, smoked salmon etc. She’ll eat that thing once and think FINALLY here’s something she loves! The next day she’ll go 36 hours hungry rather than touch that same thing. She will NEVER touch those dog rissole things that when she was young were regarded as such a treat. All her life the food of last resort was kibble. Only eaten if starvation threatened.
Well now there are just 3 consistent favourites: gristle sticks, liver treats, WOOFIN GOOD GRAIN FREE ADULT CHICKEN VEG! She gobbles it all up. And Coles at Burwood East and at Vermont South, incredibly stupidly, are discontinuing it! I’ve phoned to petition them to reinstate it!

It’s worth mentioning the APOG website to them so they can add a report. Unfortunately issues with pet food occur way too often, but not often do people do anything about it – just chuck it in the bin or return it, then move on.

There’s a few reported issues for Woofin Good – https://www.apog.com.au/recall-issue-log/woofin-good/

It’s a real shame people wait until their dog needs vet assistance or is spraying out poop before coming to a proper pet shop but this is what I deal with on a daily.

She pretty much refused ang veggies but gulps these up. She only has two front teeth (rescue and I had to have the rest removed :() and she find the little chunks so easy to manage and swallow.

So glad a friend introduced me to this brand.

It’s good to hear your dog’s joints are good 🙂 I’m actually half-way through an article on joint support but haven’t published it yet. There’s also one on treats for arthritis which discusses how treats such as the Woofin Good Joint Care chews work – https://www.petfoodjudge.com/dog-arthritis-treats/

The vet asked me his age (15) and said his joints were like that of a five to seven year old dog. It certainly does the job for him.

Just want to express our disappointment in the hope that the quality could be restored. My puppy love the Woofin Good Dental Treat and she uses it daily. It is in fact the only dental care she really love. We were very happy that we finally found something she likes but recently unfortunately we have noticed the weight decrease in the product as well as the quality has changed. It is disappointing to notice this sudden inconsistency, we thought it was just a bad batch we bought but it kept getting smaller and smaller for the same price.

Hope this gets reviewed soon.

Regards

Andy

Only 1 of 2 foods my dog will eat but what is it with availability? Very intermittent so extremely frustrating. Is there somewhere else beside Coles to buy it or will production going to improve?

At least the charity dog food bin outside the supermarket is getting lots of dry dog food, with only one portion of it taken out!
